additional guests: $10/night, $50/week/person to max. of six.

Bunkie: $395/week + HST with Pine rental

Payment: Interac eTransfer, cash, cheque
50% deposit, balance due 30 days before the rental.

Cancellation: If guest cancels, host will make effort to re-book @ current price.
If host is able to re-book without discounting, guest only pays a $200 administration fee.
If host is unable to re-book, any $ paid will be forteited. Rental is not transferable.
